What kind of stuff do you have? If we accept the premise that what we keep says something about who we are, what kinds of stuff do you keep? What does that say about you? Does it have sentimental value? Does it have “fun” value? Why do you keep it?
This week, look around your desk or room or wherever you keep things. Find a creative way to represent one or more of those things and take a great photo. Then write a few sentences on what those things mean and why you keep them.
For example, the picture in this post represents a time when my children and I would take a weekly trip to a store. They had these figures in a vending machine and we’d get one for each of us. Now that I look back, I can see that we spent quite a bit of time in that shop and gathered quite a few of these things!
